Kristina brings a deeply intuitive, heart‑centered approach to alternative therapy and coaching—work rooted in presence, compassion, and the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Kristina’s practice blends somatic awareness, spiritual integration, and gentle coaching techniques that help individuals reconnect with themselves after periods of transition, loss, or emotional overwhelm. Her work is especially powerful for people navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, or the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from their own inner voice. She offers a space where clients can slow down, breathe, and rediscover the parts of themselves that deserve tenderness.

Her philosophy aligns beautifully with our mission: care that honors dignity, autonomy, and the full complexity of being human. We’re grateful to have her wisdom and presence joining our efforts.

Celebrating Lisa’s New Certifications: Grief Coach & Death Doula

This season also marks an important milestone for our organization. Lisa has officially completed her grief coaching certification, a rigorous and transformative program focused on supporting individuals through the many forms of loss—death, identity, relationships, health, and the quiet, unspoken griefs that shape our lives. This training strengthens our ability to offer structured, compassionate support to widowers, isolated adults, and anyone carrying emotional weight that deserves acknowledgment.

In addition, Lisa has finished her death doula education, expanding our capacity to serve individuals and families during end‑of‑life transitions. This work is sacred. It centers on presence, advocacy, comfort, and the belief that dying—like living—should be met with dignity, clarity, and companionship. With this training, we can now offer guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance to those navigating one of life’s most profound passages.

These certifications deepen the foundation of our programs and reinforce our commitment to holistic, community‑rooted care.

#Growing Together

With Kristina joining our circle and Lisa expanding her professional training, our organization is stepping into a new chapter—one where emotional support, end‑of‑life care, and alternative healing practices come together to serve our community with even greater depth.

We’re honored to continue building a network where people can find connection, comfort, and meaningful support at every stage of life.
